The Perfect Little Black Dress
Members of the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers take on making the quintessential little black dress
by the Threads staff

This year, Threads challenged the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers to come up with the most perfect little black dress. The result was an outstanding array of little black dresses that show the variety and depth of why this quintessential garment is so special. Here we introduce you to the five winners of the challenge, along with the details of their fine garments. You'll also get highlights of the fashion show event featuring the dresses that took place at the PACC 13th Annual Educational Conference in November 2006.
