Members of the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers take the 2005 Threads Ruffled Garment Challenge

As the 2005 installment of its annual challenge to the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers (PACC), Threads magazine asked PACC designers to create garments that included at least 100 inches of ruffles, frills, or flounces. The four winning garments are shown in detail, with descriptions of how they were made and explanations of why they were chosen as winners.
