Reversible Techniques for Double Cloth
Hide your stitches and allowances between the fabric layers
by Anna Mazur

Double-cloth fabric (two layers of fabric sewn face-to-face with a hidden binding thread) is long-lasting, warm, and -- because it is naturally reversible -- very stylish. To find out how today's designers turn these wonderful fabrications into reversible garments, author Anna Mazur ripped open purchased garments to see how they were constructed. Here, she'll share with us what she learned: how to make hidden seams, reinforced hems, and reversible darts. A list of pattern suggestions and a source list is included.
