PATTERN AND LAYOUT TIP
Remember Which Pattern You Used

If you have trouble remembering what patterns you've sewn from your pattern collection and whether or not they were successful, then this tip will be helpful. Because even written descriptions on the pattern envelope are meaningless after a while, date and write a description of the pattern on an index card, record the details you want to remember about sizing or other anomalies, staple a remnant of the fabric you used to the card, and insert it in the pattern envelope for easy future reference.
