Editor's Review: 23-gauge Pin Nailers Change Everything
by Gary Striegler
review date: May 1, 2007
For maximum fastener length and capacity, this pinner outshone all other pinners tested. It shoots fasteners up to 2 in. in length, holds two full racks of either headless pins or slight-head brads, and is also the lightest model we tested. Its swivel air-hose fitting can be handy, but it can also mean extra time spent in hooking up the tool. This gun also has a thumb-operated dust blower, intended to remove the sawdust from a surface before fastening. This is an interesting idea, but on the model we tested the blower started leaking air.
