Will Beemer

Will Beamer has taught building for more than 30 years, over 25 of which he has been director of the Heartwood School for the Homebuilding Crafts in Washington, Mass. He has served as co-executive director of the Timber Framers Guild for the past six years, organizing conferences, community-based building events, and workshops; he also writes regularly about timber-framing. His latest guild mission is to develop a training curriculum for professional timber-framers. Will is an avid sea kayaker, whitewater enthusiast musician, and home brewer.
