I love many aspects of this plant, and I would rate it a 5 were it not for its undergroud runners. The silvery foliage is beautiful on hot summer days, and the brilliant blue spring blooms are lovely. It's extremely drought-tolerant, and doesn't mind the heavy clay soil we have here. It's hardy through the coldest winters we get (18-degree lows for a week at a time) But those underground runners.....they're pretty invasive and tough to root out. Be careful where you put this one!
