This rose produces musky and sweet-scented blossoms of pale to medium pink, which bloom continuously from spring until frost. They are followed by large orange hips. 'Old Blush' grows to about 4 feet high and wide.
 Noteworthy characteristics: China roses are repeat-flowering, bearing single or double, occasionally fragrant blossoms. They are suitable as specimens or for mixed borders or informal hedges. 
 Care: Grow in fertile, moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Provide good air circulation and remove fallen leaves to help prevent disease. While dormant in late winter or early spring, prune lightly or back by up to one-third, reducing side shoots by one-half to one-third. To renovate, prune one in four or five shoots from the base.
 Propagation: Take softwood cuttings when bloom initiates in spring to summer; take hardwood cuttings in fall.
