Turn your old garden hose into a useful, bendable spigot.

When my old garden hose became weak and started sprouting holes, I simply cut off a piece 12 inches down from the female end while it was still attached to the wall spigot. Now I use it as a flexible faucet. It’s easy to fill watering cans and buckets on the ground without having to hold them in an awkward position close to the spigot.
