Spread this sauce on the warm Mandarin pancakes before adding the mu-shu pork filling. Hoisin sauce, a sort of Chinese barbecue sauce, is available in most supermarkets.Yields just over 1/2 cup.
ingredients
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. Asian (toasted) sesame oil

Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.
