A little extra paper goes a long way

Quick breads, brownies, and bar cookies come out of their baking pans with ease when you use a little more paper to line the pans. I like to leave a 2-inch overhang of parchment on two sides of my baking pan so that I can lift the baked goods out of the pan in one big piece.
