Other Groceries: Tortilla chips 8 small flour tortillas 1/4 cup Crystal Hot Sauce (or other cayenne hot sauce such as Frank's or Durkee but not a fiery sauce like Tabasco) 2 15-1/2-oz. cans black beans 1 can chipotles in adobo sauce 1-1/2 cups frozen corn kernels 1/4 cup bourbon 2-1/2 cups smooth peanut butter 10 oz. bittersweet chocolate
Up to Two Days Ahead: Assemble and refrigerate the black bean dip. Make the blue cheese dip.
One Day Ahead: Make bourbon marinade. Cut the chicken into strips. Add chicken to marinade, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
The Morning of the Big Game: Bake and assemble the peanut butter & chocolate sandwich cookies.
90 Minutes Before the Game: Assemble the quesadillas and refrigerate until ready to fry. Cut up the celery, peppers, and cucumbers to serve with the buffalo chicken strips.
60 Minutes Before the Game: Make the guacamole, press plastic wrap right up against the surface of the dip to keep it from turning brown. Make the hot sauce mixture, keep warm.
45 Minutes Before the Game: Put the black bean dip in the oven. Dredge and fry the chicken. When the bean dip comes out of the oven, toss the chicken with the hot sauce mixture and bake.
Just Before the Game: Fry the quesadillas.
