Site Questions

How do I search for a product?

Using the search box and accompanying drop-down menu to its right, you can find a specific word or phrase in any section of our Web site.

To find a word, simply type it into the search box, select a section to search, and click the "Go" button. To find a specific phrase, use quotation marks (") before and after the phrase. For example, "barbecue chicken" will find only that exact phrase.

To search for a specific phrase, use quotation marks (") before and after the phrase. For example, "barbecue chicken" will find only that exact phrase.

To search for all words that match the first part of a word, use an asterisk (*). For example: saw* will find saw, saws, and sawing.

To search for all forms of a word, use two asterisks (**). For example: build** will find build, building, and built.

The specific words NEAR, AND, OR, and AND NOT can help narrow your search.

Use AND or NEAR to find pages that contain both words. For instance, chicken NEAR wine or chicken AND wine will find any page that has both the word chicken and the word wine. Use the keyword NEAR to have the pages ranked in order by how close to each other the two words are.

Using chicken OR wine will find any page that contains either chicken or wine or both.

Using chicken AND NOT wine will find any page that contains the word chicken but does not contain the word wine.
