My Order Status

My order never arrived.

If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, contact customer service to let us know. We will work with you to resolve your problem.

When will I receive my item that is on backorder?

If we receive an order that we can not ship promptly, we will mail you a postcard with the estimated shipping time.

If this shipping time is acceptable to you, please call us, send an email, or return the postcard, indicating that you are willing to wait for your order.

If you would prefer not to wait for your order to ship, please call, email, or return the postcard informing us, and we will promptly cancel your order. (All unreturned postcards will also result in the order being cancelled.)

If you do not receive any further correspondence, you can assume that the shipment will mail on the specified date on the postcard.

Can I cancel an order?

If you placed your order on the telephone, you may cancel it until it ships. If you do decide to cancel, please call our order entry department at 1-800-888-8286 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern time.

If you placed your order on the Web, you cannot cancel it. Instead, simply refuse the delivery and we will credit you upon the return of your order.
